正蔡牛肉干总店是一家专业生产肉制品的企业，主营牛肉干、牛巴、牛筋、猪肉干、肉士，总店位于中国广西合浦县金鸡路82号。正蔡牛肉干原称“牛巴蔡”牛巴，始创于1937年。1958-1965年于合浦县食品公司平田合作社销售。1966-1967年由广西粮油进出口公司北海分公司外贸办事处（二仓）经销本产品，于香港专售。1981-1982年于合浦县沙岗食品厂主营本产品，（其时字号为金牛牌），所出的产品均由北海市外贸进出口公司统一出口到世界各地。1991年荣获北海市届国际珍珠节小食品二等奖。2007年获届广西民族、地方特色美食大赛个人赛奖。正蔡牛肉干总店本着“客户，诚信上”的原则，热诚欢迎各界朋友前来参观、考察、洽谈业务。
